Abstract: SBA invests in regional clusters by contracting with cluster administrators to grow and manage individual RICs and provide services directly to small businesses. The quarterly and annual reporting will be administered digitally by each cluster administrator and used to collect and track cluster membership, small businesses served, types of small business assistance, and small business outcomes.
