Short Statement: This is a reinstatement with change collection. Due to conditions in the mortgage banking industry, the HECM loan portfolio activity has been updated with new figures to represent the current activity. As a result of this activity a decrease in estimated annual burden hours and number of responses occurred. There is no substantive changes made to the forms.
