In addition, they contain reporting and record keeping requirements for new and expanded training, including evacuation drills; self-contained self-rescuer (SCSR) storage, training, and use; and the installation and maintenance of lifelines in underground coal mines.

Federal Costs: The estimated annual federal costs increased from $4,708 to $7,310 due to an increase in wages.
