Under the Regional Agricultural Promotion Program (RAPP), information will be gathered from applicants to the program and from existing program participants that have
been approved to conduct market promotion activities that promote U.S. agricultural commodities in foreign markets, including activities that address existing or potential non-tariff barriers to trade. The information collected will be used primarily by FAS to manage, plan, evaluate, and account for government resources.

The currently approved collection anticipates 63 total respondents with 3,417 total annual responses, resulting in a total annual burden estimate of 55,029 burden hours. This revision anticipates 67 total respondents with 4,246 total annual responses, resulting in a total annual burden estimate of 38,684 burden hours. This revision reflects an increase of 4 total respondents, 829 total annual responses and a decrease of -16,345 total annual burden hours, of which -15,512 is due to program changes and -833 is due to adjustments.
