Abstract: The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration is submitting this non-substantive change request in order to bring the demographic questions in line with the OPM issued memorandum titled, "Initial Guidance Regarding President Trump’s Executive Order Defending Women. The only changes were to the questions in the Coral Reef Conservation Question Bank regarding an individual’s sex. This question was updated by changing ‘gender’ to ‘sex’ and removing two noncompliant responses. There are no other changes to this collection and these changes do not affect the burden to the public.
