This is a revision of a previously approved information collection. The total burden hours for this collection is 3,173, an increase of 249 from the previous information collection package estimate (which was 2,924 hours). While there was a slight reduction in applications from the last package, the increase is due to an agency adjustment in the forms provided in the attached RUS Form 36. The update primarily relates to the incorporation of the audit requirement.
