Short Statement: The estimated total annual burden for FR Y-7N, FR Y-7NS, and FR Y-7Q is 2,635 hours, and would decrease to 1,634 hours with the revisions. The revisions to the FR Y-7N and FR Y-7NS forms are now included in the burden table for the FR 2314 and FR Y-11 reports (OMB No. 7100-0073), and have been removed from the burden table. That removal resulted in the net decrease in total burden hours.
