The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act requires states to report on performance in core programs such as the Wagner-Peyser Act programs, the Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth programs, Adult Education and Family Literacy Act programs, and the Vocational Rehabilitation Act programs. This ICR contains the data to be collected for the measure states are to use to report on performance.

Name of Law: Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act
This ICR revises the ETA 9169, WIOA Statewide and Local Performance Report Template approved under OMB Control Number 1205-0526. The revision requires âRetention with the Same Employerâ as the only definition of the effectiveness in serving employers performance indicator by an entity that reports to the Departments on behalf of the State. Data elements for the collection and calculation for the two other piloted definitions of the effectiveness in serving employers performance indicatorâRepeat Business Customer and Employer Penetrationâwould be removed from the ICR, along with the corresponding breakouts of the employer services that comprise them. No other changes are proposed for this ICR. The proposed changes do not have any impact on the burden associated with the ICR.
