Abstract: The purpose of the collection is to enable individuals to submit project proposals to the Department of State for potential participation in I2U2.

Emergency Justfication: The purpose of this collection is to gather the required details necessary to determine if applicants' projects qualify to participate in the I2U2 initiative. This information is necessary to select participants and share information with I2U2 partners. In order to open the window to receive project proposals, the Department needs immediate approval of the submission template form.
