The Request for Restricted 922(o) Machine Gun (National Firearms Act) â ATF Form 5320.24 (ATF Form 5320.24) is filed by Federal Firearms Licensees who have paid the special (occupational) tax to import, manufacture, deal in, or transfer an NFA firearm to a similarly qualified licensee. The completed ATF Form 5320.24 will also serve as supporting documentation for the Application for Tax-Exempt Transfer of Firearm and Registration to Special Occupational Taxpayer - ATF Form 3 (5320.3) (ATF Form 3), which must be completed by a law enforcement authority requesting demonstration of 922(o) restricted machineguns.
