The purpose of this collection is to govern the importation of certain birds, poultry, and unprocessed bird and poultry products and by products to prevent the introduction of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza and Newcastle Disease.

This request for renewal is for 3,429 estimated annual responses and 1,814 estimated annual burden hours, reflecting a decrease of 278 responses and 104 burden hours from the previous renewal request. The number of respondents decreased from 973 to 936.
