Relevant legislation includes the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (Public Law 115- 334) and Rural Revitalization Technologies (7 U.S. Code [USC] 6601). National focus areas include mass timber, renewable wood energy, and technological development that supports fuel reduction and sustainable forest management.
