Short Statement: The decrease in burden is the result of reduced sample sizes for surveys and the elimination of several program related forms. TVA has eliminated two forms since the previous approval. Forms Heat Pump Plan Work Completion Form (TVA 17650), Water Heater Plan Work Completion Form (TVA 17652), Program Implementation Plan Form (TVA 17654), and New Homes Plan Work Completion Form (TVA 17651) were outdated and are no longer used by the program.
