This result stems from an increase in hours due to a change in the Agency Estimate and no change in hours due to Program Change reported in the above table. There are no program changes. With this Extension action, there was a decrease in the total estimated annual out-of-pocket cost burden. This result stems from a decrease in costs due to a change in the Agency Estimate and no change in costs due to Program Change.
