Abstract: ICE collects this information to provide for the posting, maintenance, cancellation, and breach of an immigration surety bond, and for associated financial management activities, including collection of unpaid monies, reimbursement of the bond principal, and the calculation, payment, and reporting of interest. The proposed revisions to the bond form are to clarify the phone number as home or cell and to add an email address field.

The government burden was updated to reflect current estimates of the time for the two government employees to collect and process the information on the forms.
