Abstract: The Corporation for National and Community Service, dba AmeriCorps, is requesting to expand the scope of previously OMB approved project NCCC Impact Evaluation (OMB Control Number: 3045-0189 [Expires 12/31/2022]) to include targeted data collection and analyses of COVID-19 vaccine distribution and related activities for up to 10 case studies. We are respectfully requesting revision of the previously approved survey instrument to accommodate a targeted data collection and analysis that is part of the existing study.
