This result stems from an increase in hours due to a change in the Agency Estimate and no change in hours due to Program Change reported in the above table. There are no other program changes. With this Extension action, there was an increase in the total estimated annual out-of-pocket cost burden. This result stems from an increase in costs due to a change in the Agency Estimate and no change in costs due to Program Change.
