Abstract: Supports eligible entities including State agencies, Tribal entities, and nonprofits with tax exempt status that have experience in providing support or relief services to farmworkers, meatpacking workers, or grocery store workers.

Emergency Justfication: A burden is being imposed on eligible State agencies, tribal entities and non-profit organizations provide grants to food and farm workers to respond to coronavirus, including for measures to protect workers against the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). This program is authorized and funded under subtitle B, Section 751 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 (Pub. L. No. 116-260).
