Short Statement: With this Extension action, there was a decrease in the total estimated annual hour burden. This result stems from no change in hours due to a change in the Agency Estimate and a decrease in hours due to Program Change reported in the above table. There are no other program changes. With this Extension action, there was an increase in the total estimated annual out-of-pocket cost burden. This result stems from no change in costs due to a change in the Agency Estimate and an increase in costs due to a change in how USCIS is calculating costs. There are no other Program Changes.
