Short Statement: This information collection is currently approved with 1,083 burden hours and 3,430 responses. The increase in the total burden hours is due to both program changes (with an increase of 158 hours) and adjustments (with a decrease of 52 hours), which results i the total burden hour increase of 106 hours. The decrease in the responses is also due to both program changes (decrease of 582 responses) and adjustments (decrease of 2,141 responses), with results in a total response decrease of 2,723 responses. With this revision, FNS estimates that this collection will have 1,189 burden hours and 707 responses.
