Borrowers seeking the permission utilize the form to collect and report detailed information regarding the proposed sale of a portion of the borrower's system. This is a request for revision of a currently approved collection. Based on respondent reports of burden estimates, annual burden hours have been decreased from 270 to 231 from the previous collection. Based on the new SAM registration requirement, the number of respondents is estimated to increase from 30 to 31 respondents from the previous collection. Wages have been adjusted to reflect the increase in pay in the industry. The method used for reporting is the same as the previous collection.
