This submission is for a revision of a previously approved information collection since the collection was previously submitted. The number of responses was decreased from 316 to 309. Additionally, the estimated number of burden hours was increased from 620 to 668. This adjustment is due to the increased number of applications and training that the State Offices received during the program’s application process. As a result of the number of trainings provided by the customer service for applicants, the number of respondents was increased from 36 to 40 respondents.
