Abstract: Public and Indian Housing Grant recipients use the HUD internet portal called Secure Systems to sign in to the Line of Credit Control System (eLOCCS). LOCCS will then perform the Secure System ID and LOCCS ID name check. The information entered serves also as an internal control measure to ensure the lawful and appropriate disbursement of Federal funds.
