Abstract: Law and regulations require that a disability annuitant who is restored to earning capacity before reaching age 60 lose his/her annuity. RI 30-2 is used by disability annuitants under age 60 to report their earnings. This is done annually. Revisions: The dates have been revised to reflect the current year. The Program's office number has been added. Customer Service Hours of Operation have been updated.
