The agency made minor clarifications to the supporting statement. No later than six months after approval, the agency will conduct a non-substantive change to correct Question Prompt #14, cost to governemnt, to correctly account for the DOS-wide costs incurred by this information collection, regardless of the component or bureau. This information collection is approved for two years. Prior to renewal, the agency should ensure that this information collection is fully electronic, to include allowing for respondents to complete, sign, and submit the collection back to the agency without having to print any paper. The agency should provide an update on progress no later than one year after approval.
