Short Statement: There is an increase in the estimated annual hour burden to respondents for this collection of information as a result of the increase in the estimated hour burden per response for biometrics collection from 1.17 hours to 3.67 hours, as well as an adjustment to the estimated number of respondents. The total estimated annual cost burden for this collection of information has increased as a result of a reevaluation of the estimated cost burden to respondents.
