Short Statement: This a revision of a currently approved information collection. A review of the information collected indicates that the number of respondents, number of responses, and annual burden hours decreased from the previous collection reported in 2017. This adjustment is due to a decrease in production, companies that are acquired by other entities, or companies that are no longer in operation.
