Reinstatement with change of a previously approved collection
During the Public Health Emergency declared for COVID-19, VA shall, to the extent permitted by applicable law and regulation, accept electronic signatures and shall submit an appropriate non-material/non-substantive change request to Form 20-10206 within 15 days of approval. VA may submit a non-material/non-substantive change to require wet signatures after the expiration of the Public Health Emergency declared in response to COVID-19.
In its next revision, reinstatement, or extension request, VA shall modify in each of these three forms the statement "Your obligation to respond is voluntary" to "Your response is required to obtain or retain a benefit."
