Abstract: This submission and its supporting statement seeks OMB approval for the Marketing Agreement to allow pecan handlers the opportunity to further the formation of a Federal marketing order for pecans, as well as an industry council that will locally administer the marketing order under the Agricultural Marketing Service's (AMS) supervision.
