Abstract: This survey is a component of a multi method evaluation of the impact of the temporarily reduced Surety Bond Guarantee (SBG) Program fees. It will provide detailed insights from surety firms and agents participating in the SBG Program. The survey will collect surety firms’ and agents’ perceptions of the fee reductions and subsequent changes in bonding practices and processes and will be used to understanding the findings from the administrative data analysis component of the evaluation.
