USCIS is reporting an adjustment to the estimated annual time burden for this collection of information, as a result of an increase in the estimated number of respondents, as well as an adjustment to the estimated hour burden. The estimated hour burden per response has been increased to 0.25 hours, based upon a better estimation of the activity required to gather all documentation, read the instructions, and fill out the form (this accounts for the additional page on the information collection).
