The primary purpose of the Housing Perservation Grant Program is to repair or rehabilitate individual housing, rental properties, or co-ops owned or occupied by very low- and low-income rural persons.
The decrease of 513 burden hours from the previous collection and the decrease of 1,322 annual responses from the previous collection is attributed to a decrease of 153 respondents and other calculation adjustments from the previous collection.
