The agency is requesting an adjustment decrease in the number burden hour from 155 hours to 47 hours, a total difference of 108 hours. Burden Hours and costs are calculated on provisions contained in paragraph (I)(1) and (I)(2) of the standard. Using the data, there was a decrease in the number of âincidents of notifiable diseasesâ from 1,933 cases to 564. However, there was an error in the calculations in the previous information collection request.
