Short Statement: The number of Tribal Colleges and Universities that will be submitting an annual grant application to BIE increased because the Assistant Secretary-Indian Affairs approved another grant at the beginning of 2017. Also, the BIE is combining information collection OMB 1076-0105 with this collection because both collections are elements of the same grant program. Additionally, BIE added two new forms to the collection, the Indian Student Count Form 22 and the Third Week Form.
