Abstract: PBGC is proposing to collect information about withdrawal liability that is owed by withdrawn employers of terminated and insolvent multiemployer pension plans. PBGC needs information about withdrawal liability to estimate with more precision its liabilities under the multiemployer program and to provide financial assistance to plans.
