The proposed Annual Data Report (ADR) is intended to replace portions of the Administration for Native Americans' (ANA) Objective Progress Report. (OPR) ANA has determined that the requirement for ANA grantees to submit information about the project activities on quarterly basis creates undue burden for Grantees. Therefore, ANA has reformatted the OPR to require Grantees submit an annual report instead of quarterly report when reporting. All grantees will be required to complete and submit this report as proposed as a requirement of their grant award. This will not replace the current approved OPR, but will supplement it on an annual basis. Free technical assistance will be available to all grantees on the usage of this ADR form.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
