Abstract: ATF F 8620.42 will be used to screen individuals having a need for escorted access to ATF facilities. ATF F 8620.62 will be used to screen individuals having a need for unescorted access to ATF facilities and information technology. Information on these forms will be used to conduct criminal record searches.
