This collection of information is necessary to enable the agency to garner customer and stakeholder feedback in an efficient, timely manner, in accordance with our committment to improving service delivery. These collections will allow for ongoing, collaborative and actionable communication between the agency and its customers and stakeholders, allowing feedback to contribute directly to the improvement of program management.

Burden estimates were revised to reflect better data on number of respondents and number of responses, and costs were updated to reflect current values. This re-evaluation was conducted after the 60-day Federal Register notice was released to the public. Based on the better use data, the number of responses decreased from 3,500,000 to 1,875,000 and the burden hours decreased from 875,000 to 468,750 from the previously approved generic information collection.
