The change in burden is an ADJUSTMENT due to a change (i.e., decrease) in the estimated annual number of initial NOAs. This ICR was also revised to account for NOA updates and notices of hazardous condition. The addition of these 2 elements result in an increase in the estimated annual number of responses. The reporting requirements, and methodology for calculating burden, remain unchanged.
