Forms to effectuate the collection of assessments under the Federal Marketing Order for Pecans.
US Code:
7 USC 601
Name of Law: Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937
This is a new collection for the Pecan Marketing Order. The 60 day notice is embedded in the proposed rule published July 21, 2017. These two forms are new to the newly established Pecan Marketing Order.
