Terms of Clearance: The incentive structure described in this Information Collection Request presents an opportunity to inform the effects of different incentive levels for non-response follow-up efforts. DOL agrees to provide OMB with a report describing the results of the proposed incentive levels compared to previous incentive levels in earlier waves of data collection, within 18 months of approval. OMB approval of this collection and the incentive structure described in it does not reflect general OMB policy on appropriate incentive levels, and should not be used to support similar incentive levels in future collections.

Abstract: This ICR seeks PRA authority for the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Wave 4 Surveys information collection to study the FMLA by conducting a fourth 'wave' of nationally representative surveys of employees and employers covered by the provisions of FMLA. The survey findings will update and expand upon the knowledge gained from the earlier survey waves.
