(1) 252-237-7000 is used to provide information that enables verification that the apparently successful offeror for audit services is properly licensed in the state or other political jurisdiction where it operates its professional practice. (2) 252.237-7011 and DD Form2063 are used (a) to ensure the mortuary contractor has properly prepared the body. (3) 252.237-7024/252.237-7023 require offerors to submit a written plan describing how it will continue to perform essential contractor service and contractors to maintain and update the plan as necessary.
There is no program change associated with this renewal; however the following adjustments have been made:
DFARS 252.237-7000 - The increase of burden hours and cost is due the use of data available in the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS) for fiscal year (FY) 2015 and Office of Personnel Management (OPM) General Schedule (GS) hourly rates for 2016.
DFARS 252.237-7011 - The decrease of burden hours and cost is due to the use of FPDS data for FY 2015 instead of the Defense Casualty Analysis System (DCAS) database and the OPM GS hourly rates for 2016.
DFARS 252.237-7024/252.237-7023 - The decrease of burden hours and cost is due to the use of data available in the Electronic Data Access system, rather than FPDS, and the OPM GS hourly rates for 2016.
