Short Statement: There was an increase of 16,421 responses and a decrease of -9,048 burden hours from the last submission. This is the net change due to program changes and adjustments made to the collection package. 1. The Rural Utility Service’s (RUS) written reporting requirements are no long accounted for in this package. That program has been moved to OMB No. 0572-0121. This was a program decrease of -16,050 hours and -8,300 responses. 2. All RD forms are now accounted for in the individual packages that use them. RD form burden that was accounted for by other OMB numbers in past submissions of this package, have been moved to reporting requirements approved with this package. This was a program increase of 14,100 responses and 7,606 burden hours. Combined actions resulted in a program change increase of 5,800 responses and a decrease of -8,444 hours. 3. Form RD 1940-20 formerly approved under OMB No. 0575-0094 has been discontinued for a PC decrease of -1,385 responses and -346 hours. The environmental policy for RHS is now covered under OMB No. 0575-0197. 4. Remaining difference changes are adjustments within the industry.
