The adjustment increase of 97 burden hours (from 5,635 burden hours to 5,732 burden hours) results from updated data indicating an increase in the number of resistant welders from 379,140 in the last ICR to 386,240. There was also a small adjustment decrease resulting from the Agency not taking a burden for employers to disclose records to an OSHA compliance officer during an inspection.
