Abstract: The purpose of this information collection is to provide the assignment of State TB risk classifications, the creation of TB risk status zones within the same State, and for the conduct of tests before regulated animals are permitted to move interstate. This system enhances the ability of States to move healthy TB free animals.

Short Statement: This request contains a burden increase of 6,300 hours due to program changes -- IC 0579-0412 is now merged into this IC, the use of zones as respondents was corrected to states, increased sampling and permitting, and the response time on one collection was increased from 5 minutes to 10 minutes. A decrease of 1,284 hours in estimate adjustments is the result of efficient zoning and report projections.
