The 29,527 hour adjustment increase is due to an increase in the number of construction sites. There is a program change increase of 1,142 hours due to the additional posting requirement under paragraph (f) of §1926.50 that will require employers to post effectively communication systems in an area that does not automatically supply the callerâs latitude and longitude to the 911 dispatcher, post or otherwise provide to employees the latitude and longitude of the work site or other information that communicates the location of the worksite. The program change decrease of 120,750 is the result of the removal of posting load limits in residential homes.
