Extension without change of a currently approved collection
The owner and the operator of a vessel fishing non-commercially or conducting recreational charter fishing in the Rose Atoll Marine
National Monument, Pacific Remote Islands Marine National Monument, or in the Islands Unit of the Marianas Trench Marine Marine
National Monument, must obtain a fishing permit issued by the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS). The vessel operator must
also submit a NMFS logsheet report after the conclusion of every fishing trip.
