The previous name was Import Administration and now it is Enforcement and Compliance due to an bureau reorganization and the increase in burden hours is the result of fhe cost is hard to predict with precision or reliability. The estimated burden hours provides respondents with sufficient time to research Federal statute and regulations in addition to other relevant information necessary to submit the request.
