In accordance with 5 CFR 1320, this collection of information has been approved for three years. Upon resubmitting the form, the USFS should work on the bidding survey design to allow for "fill in" blocks per consultants request. The USFS should also look into designing an option for electronic signature submission and consult with other agencies that currently use that option. OMB encourages the USFS to consult with affected agencies as part of 5 CFR 1320.8(d)(1), before resubmitting the ICR for renewal.

Burden estimates were revised to reflect better data on number of respondents and number of responses, and costs were updated to reflect current values. Based on the better use data, the estimated number of responses decreased from 4632 to 2851 and the burden hours decreased from 135,246 to 86,940 from those previously approved.
