Abstract: The information collected on TTB F 5150.18 summarizes the activities of a permit holder regarding the use of denatured spirits. In order to protect the revenue and ensure that permit holders lawfully operate, TTB examines and verifies the information collected on this report to identify unusual activities, errors, and omissions regarding the use of denatured spirits.

Short Statement: As for adjustments, we are reporting a decrease in the number of annual respondents, responses, and total burden hours due to a decrease in the number of regulated industry members who use denatured spirits and are thus required to complete this information collection. For this information collection, we are reporting a decrease of 201 annual respondents (from 3,778 to 3,577) and responses, and a resulting decrease of 60 annual burden hours (from 1,133 to 1,073).
